Police Search for Bismarck Transition Center Walkout

Bismarck police are looking for a 20-year-old Wilton man who walked away from the Bismarck Transition Center early this morning.
Police say Perry Toineeta had served three days of a 21-day sentence for minor in consumption, fleeing and trespassing.
Toineeta was noticed missing shortly after 2 o`clock this morning during a night time check.
He is Native American with brown eyes and brown hair. He is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
He could now face a felony escape charge, which could put him in prison for up to five years.
