Cain Velasquez Vs Brock Lesnar Fight: Ufc 121 Results

The reign of BROCK LESNAR on top of the of the UFC heavyweight division ended in Anaheim at UFC 121.

A little over three months after surviving the storm from Shane Carwin, Lesnar was swept away by Hurricane Cain Velasquez. The taciturn bearded beast crumbled under the blows from the Mexican at 4:12 of the first round of the UFC 121 main battle on Saturday night.

Lesnar was aggressive from the outset, going to meet Velasquez from the referee's signal launching a knee the face of Velasquez. It is also he who passed the first screening of the fight, but from the Mexican fighter managed to plant his feet on the ground and weathered the storm.

Herb Dean ended the suffering of the fallen champion in the final minute of the first round.

Lesnar (5-2) has kept his belt gained against Randy Couture and Frank Mir and defended against Carwin for a little less than two years.

Velasquez's first defense will be against Junior Dos Santos.
