Ufc 121: Lesnar Vs. Velasquez" Fight Bonuses

After a spectacular night of MMA action, UFC president Dana White awarded Cain Velasquez, Daniel Roberts, Diego Sanchez and Paulo Thiago each an additional $70,000 for their special performances at UFC 121: Lesnar vs. Velasquez.

Velasquez not only left The OC with title in tow, but an extra $70K for his 1stRound shellacking of former heavyweight king Brock Lesnar.

Although the prior WWE star held a significant size advantage heading into the highly anticipated scrap, Velasquez's refined overall game carried him to victory and Knockout of the Night honors.

Sanchez appears to have recaptured his mojo after steamrolling Paulo Thiago to take a convincing unanimous decision win. Their thrilling welterweight battle earned them the Fight of the Night award.

Roberts wasted no time in securing a crafty anaconda choke on Mike Guymon. The 1stRound tapout earned Roberts Submission of the Night honors.

UFC 121 took place Saturday night inside the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
