What an ostentatiously techno-rific opening. Abram is telling everyone there's a little girl ghost in the house. He is also rough-housing with Cara Maria. These two are cool and need to bone. For some reason, Laurel is trying to push Mandi to her breaking point, but Mandi is too busy hooking up with co-blond Chet. I swear, the names of some of these people...
So, the Blue Team is down to eight players, while the other teams still have ten each. The challenge this week is called Brain Busters, and requires competitors to hang upside down, passing beer steins back and forth in an attempt to place them on pedestals. Red is up first and only gets one. Blue goes second and, having developed a superior strategy by watching Red, racks up all four steins. Gray doesn't fair as well, having puzzlingly elected their top player, Abram, to stand on the sidelines and shout, And then it starts raining. They manage one stein, so Blue gets the win.
This TJ Lavin tool has to be at least 35, yet dresses like he's 13. Anyway, time for some voting. Abram votes for himself in an act of self-sacrifice. Chet votes for Mandi, mainly to prove to his teammates that b*tches ain't sh*t.
CHET - (confesh) It's a business trip, and Mandi, it was a pleasure doing business with you.
So it's Grays Cara Maria and JD against Reds Mandi and Brandon (again?), respectively. TO THE GULAG! Competitors have theirs tied together, and must drag each other across the filthy arena to knock over a barrel. Brandon, easily outweighing JD by 50 pounds, drags him across the ground like a flailing bug. And then we end on a cliffhanger, unsure of the fate of Mandi and Cara Maria. Gasp.
